Do I need to book an appointment to try on dresses?
We recommend booking an appointment so we can give you the time and attention you deserve. Walk-ins are welcome, but availability may be limited, especially on weekends!
How far in advance should I start dress shopping?
For bridal gowns, we suggest starting 6–12 months before your big day to allow time for ordering and alterations. For school balls or special events, 4–6 months is ideal.
What sizes do you carry?
We believe every body is beautiful. Our sizes range from 4–28.
Do you offer alterations?
Yes! We have trusted seamstresses who specialise in bridal and formal wear. Alteration costs vary depending on the work required, and we’ll guide you through the process.
What’s your price range?
Our bridal gowns range from $700 to $2000, with most falling between $1500. Ball and formal dresses typically start at $400. We’re happy to help you find something stunning within your budget.
Can I bring guests to my appointment?
Absolutely! We want this to be a special experience. We usually recommend bringing up to 2–3 guests so you have space to relax and enjoy.
What should I bring to my fitting?
Bring any undergarments, shoes, or accessories you plan to wear on the day. It helps to have a better idea of how the full look will come together.
Can I take photos during my appointment?
We ask you kindly not to take photographs during your appointment
Do you offer payment plans or lay-by?
We sure do! We offer flexible payment options to make your dream dress more accessible. Ask us about our current lay-by or instalment plans. We also take AfterPay.
